Return Policy

Our policy enables you to receive a full refund if you return to us the unopened product(s) within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs. 

To complete your return, please email us at cbd@designergreen.health We will send you a Return Authorization Form which asks for the reason of your return, communicates that you are responsible for shipping costs, and has our return mailing address.

Exchanges

We do not offer item exchanges.

Refunds

After your return has been processed, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned, minus the cost of shipping. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.

For any returned items, we do not refund the original cost of shipping.
